These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gd111 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gd111 ("gd111", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gd111 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at gd111.bio and its sub-domains. These Terms apply to all players in Bangladesh and elsewhere who access the platform.
By accessing the gd111 platform in any form — including registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or making a deposit — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. gd111 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility
Age and Capacity
To register and use a gd111 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the platform:
- You are aged 21 years or older. gd111 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
- You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously been excluded from gd111 or had an account terminated by gd111 for breach of these Terms.
gd111 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player at any time by requesting identity documents, proof of age, or proof of address. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, gd111 may suspend or permanently close the account and, where applicable, return any balance held subject to verification of the source of funds.
2. Account Registration & Management
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active gd111 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gd111 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
Account Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the point of registration and at all times thereafter. You must promptly notify gd111 if any of the following registered details change:
- Your registered mobile number (used for OTP verification, 2FA, and withdrawal confirmation).
- Your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet number linked to your gd111 account for withdrawal purposes.
- Any government-issued identity document that may have been used during KYC verification.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gd111 account credentials, including your username and password. gd111 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify gd111 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. gd111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
gd111 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment channels. All deposits are credited to your gd111 wallet in BDT with no currency conversion fee applied by gd111:
- bKash — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction. Credited within approximately 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
- Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction. Credited within approximately 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
- Rocket and Upay — minimum deposit ৳500. Processing times may vary by up to 5 minutes. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted for eligible accounts.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals are only available to KYC-verified accounts. gd111 processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
- bKash and Nagad: same-day processing for requests submitted before 9 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after 9 PM BST are processed the following business day.
- Rocket and Upay: processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted and approved.
- gd111 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 7 business days may be returned to the player's gd111 wallet.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
gd111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before claiming it. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of the specific bonus terms, including the wagering requirement, game contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions, and bonus expiry date. gd111 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible Bangladesh players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification. Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded or have an account under review.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus via multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
- Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period stated on the promotion page.
- gd111 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free spin credits, or winnings derived from a bonus where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of the bonus terms.
5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
gd111 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. All games on the gd111 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited to ensure randomness and fairness. gd111 takes a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of cheating, collusion, fraud, and abuse of the platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gd111 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the gd111 platform in any form that circumvents normal human play.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games, sports betting markets, or any tournament or leaderboard competition hosted on the platform.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using payment methods that are not registered in your own legal name or that have not been authorised for your use by their legal owner.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a documented technical error are void and will be reclaimed by gd111.
- Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. gd111 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities upon valid legal request.
Where gd111 determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, gd111 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any open bets or pending bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all rights to balances held in their gd111 accounts at the time of closure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on the gd111 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, audio and video content, user interface layouts, and the overall design and appearance of the platform — is the exclusive property of gd111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights over gd111 intellectual property beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any gd111 intellectual property without the prior written consent of gd111. Unauthorised use of gd111 intellectual property may result in account closure and civil or criminal proceedings depending on the nature and extent of the infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd111 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gd111 platform or any of its services — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — even if gd111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. gd111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their gd111 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gd111 makes no warranty or representation — express or implied — that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical faults. gd111 shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, third-party payment processing delays, acts of government or regulatory authorities, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event.
8. Responsible Gaming
gd111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is intended only for players aged 21 and above who are able to afford to participate without financial hardship. gd111 provides the following responsible gaming tools which any registered player may activate at any time from their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, loss limits, self-exclusion (temporary periods of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or indefinite), and reality check reminders.

9. Amendments & Governing Law
gd111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gd111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the gd111 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the revised Terms take effect.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gd111 is licensed and operated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through gd111's internal complaints process may be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution service designated by gd111. Players in Bangladesh agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
